Abnormal discharge causes and measures of hefeng fluidized bed granulator
Granulation system for urea plant of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.adopts Holland Hefeng fluidized bed large particle pelletizing technology.During 8 years of operation so far,the pelletizing system has repeatedly experienced abnormal material discharge,resulting in pelletizing system turndown or stop.This paper mainly summarizes reasons and treatment of abnormal material discharge from pelletizikg system,providing reference for pelletizing process using this technology.
