The scale retarder equipment is installed in the clarification tank overflow weir of coal slurry gasification clarifier,collecting and adsorbing suspended and scaled substances on the surface of clarifier supernatant,delaying the time of clarifier overflow weir scaling and blockage,and avoiding gasification unit shutdown event due to the clogging of the clarifier overflow weir and the overflow pipe,which leads to the inability of water system to balance.Through regular cleaning of this equipment,the scaling material in the water system of the gasification unit can be cleaned out,the scaling speed of the water system can be relieved,and the continuous and stable operation of the gasification unit can be ensured.
