The problem of high vibration value of NOx compressor during the operation of four-in-one unit in dilute nitric acid production plant is introduced,and the reasons are found and the equipment are repaired by means of checking the equipment body and accessories,reviewing the installation data,and checking the instrumentation cables,etc.,which finally eliminates the faults and ensures the stable operation of the equipment.
