摘要
在氮肥项目的设计中,液氨罐区作为设计重点对于整个项目的安全运行起着至关重要的作用.液氨罐区的设计要点包括储罐选型、设备布置、管道布置、配套设施的安全设计等.本文以与液氨相关设计规范为依据,对液氨罐区的设计要点进行梳理,为液氨罐区的项目设计提供系统性的理论参考.
Abstract
In the design of nitrogen fertilizer project,liquid ammonia tank area as a design priority plays a crucial role in the safe operation of the whole project.The main design points of liquid ammonia tank area include tank selection,equipment arrangement,piping arrangement,and safety design of supporting facilities,etc.In this paper,based on the relevant design norm for liquid ammonia,the design points of liquid ammonia tank area are sorted out to provide a systematic theoretical reference for the project design of liquid ammonia tank area.
