摘要
通过对山西天泽煤化工集团股份公司煤气化厂尿素装置蒸发系统生产运行中出现问题的分析,经过改造,减少蒸发分离器气相夹带导致的缩合物,缩短了尿液在系统中的停留时间,降低了产品缩二脲含量,提高了产品质量,满足稳定生产要求.
Abstract
By analyzing the problems in production and operation of urea plant evaporation system of Shanxi Tianze Coal Chemical Industry Group Corporation.and through the modification,the condensate caused by gas-phase entrainment in the evaporation separator is reduced,the residence time of urea solution in the system is shortened,and the content of biuret in the product is lowered,and the quality of the product is improved,which meets the requirement of stable production.
