变换水煤气废锅堵塞处理改造

变换及热回收工段的主要工作是将气化工段输送来的210℃、3.78 MPa(G)水煤气,水气比约为1.4,经过CO发生部分变换反应,变换气的氢碳比达到1.4~1.9,送至净化车间低温甲醇洗工段,同时副产4.0 MPa(G)、1.0 MPa(G)、0.6MPa(G)蒸汽,副产蒸汽经过热器后回收,并送至全厂相应蒸汽管网系统.由于气化工段带灰渣较多且在入变换水煤气废锅前无有效分离过滤措施,导致水煤气废热锅炉列管频繁堵塞,多次被迫停车对水煤气废热锅炉列管进行物理清洗.将气化装置到变换及热回收装置水煤气管线进行除灰渣改造,在入水煤气废锅前增加高效过滤器,减少进水煤气废锅灰渣量,提高了系统运行周期,保障系统安全平稳运行.
Transformation water gas waste heat boiler clogging treatment modification
The main work of the transformation and heat recovery section is to transform the 210 ℃,3.78 MPa(G)water gas delivered from the gasification section,with a water to gas ratio of about 1.4,and then undergo partial water gas shift reaction,so that the hydrogen to carbon ratio of the shifted gas from the section reaches 1.4 to 1.9,and then send it to the low-temperature methanol washing section of purification workshop.At the same time,by-product steam of 4.0 MPa(G),1.0 MPa(G),and 0.6 MPa(G)is produced.The by-product steam is recovered through the superheater and sent to the corresponding steam pipeline system of the whole plant.Due to the gasification section with more ash and no effective separation and filtration measures before entering the transformation water gas waste heat boiler,resulting in frequent clogging of the water gas waste heat boiler tubes,frequent blockage of the water gas waste heat boiler tubes has led to multiple forced shutdowns for physical cleaning.The water gas pipeline from gasification unit to transformation and heat recovery unit is modified to remove the ash,and a high-efficiency filter is added before entering the water gas waste heat boiler,which reduces the amount of ash in the water gas waste heat boiler,improves the operation cycle of the system,and ensures the safe and smooth operation of the system.
