摘要
中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司是主要从事大颗粒尿素生产的企业,其中尿素主装置采用斯塔米卡帮公司CO2汽提法工艺,造粒装置采用荷兰和丰公司流化床造粒技术.近年来造粒装置大颗粒尿素产品水分指标不稳定,超过了尿素产品农业水分含量标准.通过对尿素产品颗粒水分不达标的原因进行分析,提出解决措施,取得了良好的效果.
Abstract
CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.is an enterprise mainly engaged in the production of large granular urea,in which the main urea unit adopts Stamicarbon CO2 stripping urea process,and the granulation unit adopts Holland HoFung fluidized bed granulation technology.In recent years the granulation device large particle urea product moisture index is unstable,often exceeded the products urea agricultural moisture content standards.By an adyzing the caused of the urea product particle moisture does not meet the standards put forward measures to solve the problem,and achieved good results.
