主燃烧炉点火故障原因分析与解决措施

摘要
硫回收系统主燃烧炉在硫化氢燃烧反应前,在燃料气升温点火过程中,出现点火枪故障、火检闪灭等故障.通过对问题原因进行分析,发现浇注料堵塞、点火枪放电失败、燃料气放空阀动作迟缓等方面引起,采取解决措施后,主燃烧炉点火成功,保障了硫回收装置安稳运行.
Abstract
The main combustion furnace of the sulfur recovery system suffers from igniter malfunction and fire detection flashout during the fuel gas heating and ignition process before the hydrogen sulfide combustion reaction.Through the analysis of the causes of the problem,it was found that the clogging of the casting material,igniter discharge failure,fuel gas venting valve slow action and other aspects of the cause,after taking measures to solve the problem,the main combustion furnace ignition success,to ensure that the sulfur recovery plant to operate safely and steadily.
