山东明泉新材料科技有限公司甲醇装置有污水处理一套,工艺流程为"预处理+生物处理",主体处理工艺采用"A/O+SBR(带填料)"工艺.处理规模为260 m3/h,处理后出水达标排放,原设计曝气方式为射流曝气(射流泵+曝气风机通过射流曝气器提高水中溶氧的方式运行),该曝气方式存在曝气头易堵塞、溶氧分布不均匀、射流泵冲刷气蚀严重、耗电高等运行难点,因此对曝气方式进行了技术改造,改造为可提升空气旋流曝气器方式,解决了以上问题,同时节省电能,实现企业效益最大化.
