摘要

针对低温甲醇洗装置甲醇、水分离塔运行特点、介质特性、塔内件安装情况,分析生产运行过程中甲醇水分塔洗涤水进口法兰、塔壁处出现腐蚀的原因,并提出解决甲醇水分塔洗涤水进口法兰、塔壁处出现腐蚀问题的合理改进方案,从而保证了装置稳定运行.

Abstract

For low-temperature methanol washing equipment methanol-water separation tower operating characteristics,media characteristics,tower internals installation.Analyze the causes of corrosion at the inlet flange and wall of methanol-water separation tower during operation,and put forward a reasonable improvement plan to solve above problem,so as to ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
