摘要

贵州开阳化工有限公司为满足年产50万t合成氨工艺气需要,引进两套德国科林公司三喷嘴干煤粉加压煤气化炉装置,该装置是国内首套三喷嘴干煤粉加压气化炉,该套三喷嘴干煤粉加压气化炉采用顶喷式三喷嘴干煤粉加压气化技术.在运行过程中,三喷嘴干煤粉加压气化炉出现一系列影响系统稳定运行的技术问题,通过对三喷嘴干煤粉加压气化炉进行多项技术改进后,该装置达到了长周期稳定运行,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract

Guizhou Kaiyang Chemical Co.,Ltd.introduced two sets of three-nozzle dry pulverized coal pressurized gasifier devices from Germany Kolin Company to meet the process gas needs of ammonia with an annual output of 500,000 t.This device is the first set of three-nozzle dry pulverized coal pressurized gasifier in China,which adopts top spraying type three-nozzle dry pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology.In the operation process of three-nozzle dry pulverized coal pressurized gasifier appeared a series of technical problems affecting the stable operation of the system,through the three-nozzle dry pulverized coal pressurized gasifier to carry out a number of technological improvements,the device to achieve a long period of stable operation,and achieved better results.
