甘肃能化金昌能源化工开发有限有限公司在生产合成氨中变催化剂NB113过程中所产生的约3%~4%硝酸铵废水,通过三效蒸发装置蒸发增浓,浓度达到65%以上,再按一定的比例添加到熔融尿素,配置成符合农业部发布的NY2670-2015标准的尿素硝酸铵溶液液体肥料.回收了废水中硝酸铵,制成了液体肥,获得了一定的经济效益,同时降低了排放废水中氨氮(NH3-N),达到了节能减排、增效目的.
Production of urea ammonium nitrate liquid fertilizer from wastewater generated by medium temperature shift catalysts
Gansu NenghuaJinchang Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd produces approximately 3%to 4%ammonium nitrate wastewater during the production of synthetic ammonia medium temperature shift catalystsmedium temperature shift catalyst NB113.The wastewater is evaporated and concentrated through a three-effect evaporation device,with a concentration of over 65%,and then added to the melted urea in a certain proportion,configured to meet the Ministry of Agriculture issued by the NY2670-2015 standard of ammonium urea nitrate solution of liquid fertilizers.Ammonium nitrate in wastewater was recovered and made into liquid fertilizer,obtaining certain economic benefits,while reducing ammonia nitrogen(NH3-N)in the discharged wastewater to achieve energy-saving,emission reduction and efficiency purposes.
