摘要

结合河南龙宇煤化工有限公司shell壳牌气化炉渣水系统U1400运行的现状,对壳牌气化炉渣水处理系统常见问题进行分析研究,对系统运行过程中薄弱环节进行优化改造,消除了渣水系统运行过程中的隐患,延长了渣水系统的安全稳定运行周期,确保壳牌气化炉长周期稳定运行.

Abstract

Combined with the Shell gasifier slag water system of Henan Longyu Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.shell gasifier slag water system U1400 operational status,the common problems of shell gasifier slag water treatment system to analyze and study,optimization and transformation of weak links in the system operation process,eliminating the hidden dangers of the slag water system in the process of operation,and extend the slag water system of the safe and stable operation cycle,to ensure that the long cycle of the stable operation of the Shell gasifier.
