摘要
在煤炭深加工利用工艺中,气化系统起着"龙头"作用,其中气化炉的安全稳定、高效运行是龙头中的重心.通过对多喷嘴水煤浆气化炉优化改造措施的分析,指出在生产运行中通过提高多喷嘴水煤浆气化炉的烧嘴使用周期、提升有效产气量、使用更广泛煤种等优化改造措施,取得了良好的经济效益.
Abstract
In the deep processing and utilization of coal,the gasification system plays a"leading"role,the safe,stable and efficient operation of gasifier is the focus of the leading role.Through the analysis of optimization and modification measures of multi-nozzle coal water slurry gasifier,it is pointed out that the optimization and modification measures,such as improving the burner life cycle of multi-nozzle coal water slurry gasifier,enhancing the effective gas production,and using a wider range of coal types,have achieved good economic benefits in the production and operation.
