Analysis of the causes of deactivation of Rh catalysts for butyraldehyde prounit
Rhodium catalyst is a noble metal catalyst with rhodium group as the main active center, which has good performance such as high selectivity, high activity and mild reaction conditions, but during the use of rhodium catalyst for carbonyl synthesis, the process reaction will be affected by a variety of factors, such as poisoning and the environment, which leads to a change in the morphology of rhodium, which changes it from monomeric rhodium to less active rhodium clusters, thus reducing the activity of the catalyst solution. In this paper, the causes of deactivation of ROPAC catalysts are specifically analyzed.
