混床交换器树脂泄漏的原因分析及防范措施

海洋石油富岛有限公司脱盐水装置二级除盐设备混床交换器频繁出现树脂泄漏情况,造成产水品质下降、制水周期缩短、酸碱消耗和废水排放量增加、设备检修频繁及操作人员劳动强度过大,同时对脱盐水装置精制脱盐水的正常生产和供应带来了较为严重的影响.为此,本文从混床交换器内布(集)水母管、不锈钢绕丝管和ABS滤水帽等内部构件出现的树脂泄漏情况进行了原因分析,并针对该脱盐水装置的生产现状从精细化工艺操作、设备升级改造等方面提出了一系列防范措施和合理化建议,以便实现混床交换器的安全稳定生产和精制脱盐水的保质保量供应,确保脱盐水装置的"安、稳、长、满、优"运行.
Mixed-bed exchanger resin leakage cause analysis and preventive measures
The frequent resin leakage in the mixed-bed exchanger of the secondary desalination equipment of the demineralization unit of CNOOC Fudao Co.,Ltd.has caused the decline in the quality of produced water,the shortening of the water production cycle,the increase in the consumption of acid and alkali and the discharge of wastewater,the frequent maintenance of the equipment and the excessive labor intensity of the operators,and at the same time,has brought about a relatively serious impact on the normal production and supply of refined demineralized water in the demineralization unit.Therefore,this paper analyzes the causes of resin leakage from the internal components such as distribution and collection water tube,stainless steel wire-wound tube and ABS water filter cap in the mixed-bed exchanger,and puts forward a series of preventive measures and rationalization suggestions for the current production situation of the demineralization unit including refinement of the technological operation and upgrading and transformation of the equipment in order to realize the safe and stable production of the mixed-bed exchanger and supply of purified demineralized water with guaranteed quality and quantity,,and ensures"safe,stable,long life,full and excellent"operation of the demineralized water plant.
