摘要

陕西延长中煤榆林能源化工股份有限公司一期项目180万t/a甲醇精馏系统,稳定塔顶不凝气中二氧化碳含量较高,无法送入下游转化炉进行燃烧,排放至火炬,造成火炬含甲醇凝液量增加,甲醇浪费.通过增加一台脱盐水洗涤塔、尾气冷却器、集液包,将不凝气中的甲醇洗涤分离回收,送回稳定塔进行回收利用,取得了良好的效益.

Abstract

The 1.8 million t/a methanol distillation system of the first phase project of Shaanxi Yanchang zhongmei Yulin Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the noncondensable gas at the top of the stabilizer has a high carbon dioxide content,which cannot be sent to the downstream converter for combustion and discharged to the flare,resulting in increased methanol condensate content in the flare and methanol waste.By adding a desalination water washing tower,tail gas cooler,and liquid collection bag,the methanol in the noncondensable gas was washed,separated,and recovered,and sent back to the stabilizer for recycling,achieving good benefits.
