摘要

针对煤气化装置闪蒸系统汽提塔塔盘压差波动大、汽提塔压力波动大及塔底预热水温度未达到设计值、出现液泛、带水等问题进行讨论、论证,通过对汽提塔塔盘进行优化与改造.改造后汽提塔压差降≤15 kPa,减小了汽提塔压力波动,压力调节阀投自动,塔底预热水温度达到设计值157 ℃,闪蒸系统稳定运行,达到预期改造目的.

Abstract

This article discusses and argue the problems of large pressure fluctuations in the stripping tray of the flash system of the coal gasification device,large pressure fluctuations in the stripping tower,and the temperature of the preheating water at the bottom of the tower not reaching the design value,resulting in liquid flooding and water carryover.The optimization and transformation of the stripping tower tray were carried out.After the transformation,the pressure drop of the stripping tower was ≤ 15kPa,reducing the pressure fluctuations of the stripping tower.The pressure regulating valve was put into automatic mode,and the temperature of the preheating water at the bottom of the tower reached the design value of 157 ℃.The flash system operated stably,achieving the expected transformation purpose.
