摘要

介绍了流化床造粒系统中粉尘含量高的主要原因为造粒机相关工艺参数设定不合理,包括造粒机流化风风量及温度、雾化风压力温度、进造粒机尿液压力、破碎机破碎工况以及进造粒机尿液浓度等因素,通过分析流化床造粒系统粉尘量高的原因,结合生产实际,指出相关优化调整方法措施,从源头上降低造粒系统粉尘含量,提高了企业运行效率,降低了生产成本.

Abstract

The summary introduces that the main reason for the high dust content in fluidized bed granulation systems is the unreasonable setting of relevant process parameters of the granulator,including the fluidization air volume and temperature of the granulator,atomization air pressure and temperature,urea liquid pressure entering the granulator,crushing conditions of the crusher,and urea liquid concentration entering the granulator.By analyzing the reasons for the high dust content in fluidized bed granulation systems and combining with production practice,relevant optimization and adjustment methods are proposed to reduce the dust content of the granulation system from the origin,improve the operating efficiency of the enterprise,and reduce production costs.
