摘要
通过总结海洋石油富岛有限公司化肥二期尿素装置甲醛贮罐内聚合物难以彻底清理的原因,有针对性的提出了相应的解决措施,不仅解决了尿素装置甲醛贮罐难以清理的问题,而且聚合物得到了回收利用,节约了资源,为装置安全稳定运行打下了基础,为尿素装置甲醛贮罐清理提供了思路.
Abstract
By summarizing the reasons why it is difficult to thoroughly clean the polymer in the formaldehyde storage tank of the second phase urea plant of CNOOC Fudao Co.Ltd.,targeted solutions are proposed.This not only solves the problem of difficult cleaning of the formaldehyde storage tank in the urea plant,but also recycles the polymer,saves resources,and lays the foundation for the safe and stable operation of the plant,providing ideas for the cleaning of formaldehyde storage in the urea plant.
