Research on reducing the content of biuret in finished urea products
In 2024,a fertilizer company selected the optimization of urea finished product biuret as a technological innovation project.Through analysis and research on the actual production and process operating conditions of the CO2 stripping urea plant,it was determined that the load of the high-pressure system,ammonia carbon ratio,evaporation temperature and pressure were important influencing factors on the content of urea finished product biuret.A phased experiment was carried out to optimize the urea finished product biuret,and the optimal process parameter operating range was determined and applied.The goal of urea finished product biuret<0.85%was achieved,which solved the problem of low fertilizer efficiency of urea finished products,improved the market competitiveness of urea products,and helped the stable operation of urea plants.
