摘要
本文通过将变换气脱硫富液过滤、蒸发得到混盐后,采用甲醇溶解法提取其中的硫氰酸钠,得到纯度＞98.5％的产品,在试验过程中发现硫氰酸钠甲醇溶液在蒸发过程中,挂壁的产品纯度要高于锅底产品纯度.
Abstract
This article uses the methanol dissolution method to extract sodium thiocyanate from the mixed salt obtained by filtering and evaporating the flue gas desulfurization rich solution,and obtains a product with a purity of＞98.5％.During the experiment,it was found that the purity of the product hanging on the wall of the sodium thiocyanate methanol solution was higher than that of the product at the bottom of the pot during the evaporation process.
