In the production process of methanol, the oxidized formaldehyde gas is absorbed by the absorption tower and the exhaust gas is discharged to the exhaust gas combustion furnace for combustion treatment, which generally has the problem of low thermal efficiency. This article proposes a design scheme for the exhaust gas combustion system by analyzing the changes in the structural form of the exhaust gas combustion furnace and the increase in the heat exchange area of the heat exchange section. At the same time, relevant requirements for equipment selection are put forward to improve the thermal utilization rate of the formaldehyde exhaust gas combustion system.
