在低温甲醇洗装置的生产运行中,硫化氢浓缩塔主要使用氮气作为气提气介质,氮气来自管网压力约为0.51 MPa(A),在经过流量调节阀减压后进入硫化氢浓缩塔下部,硫化氢浓缩塔操作压力为0.19~0.21 MPa(A).低压氮气在经过调节阀减压过程中存在能量未被回收,通过增加氮气膨胀机与调节阀,且进行互备,利用低压氮气压力变化产生的能量带动气体膨胀机进行运转进而发电,达到能量综合回收利用的目的,取得良好的经济收益.
In the production and operation of the low-temperature methanol washing device,the hydrogen sulfide concentration tower mainly uses nitrogen as the gas stripping medium.The nitrogen comes from the pipeline with a pressure of about 0.51 MPa,and enters the lower part of the hydrogen sulfide concentration tower after being depressurized by the flow control valve.The operating pressure of the hydrogen sulfide concentration tower is 0.19~0.21 MPa.During the pressure reduction process of low-pressure nitrogen through the regulating valve,there is energy that has not been recovered.By adding a nitrogen expander and regulating valve group for mutual backup,the energy generated by the pressure change of low-pressure nitrogen is used to drive the gas expander to operate and generate electricity,achieving the goal of comprehensive energy recovery and utilization,and achieving good economic benefits.
