The circulating water tank used in the wet ammonia flue gas desulfurization process is generally a straight cylindrical hollow water tank.The washing water will carry ammonium bicarbonate crystals during the washing process of the flue gas,and the crystals will deposit at the bottom of the circulating water tank,causing pipeline blockage and circulating water pump failure.This article analyzes the transformation of the circulating water tank and finds that the operation effect is good after the transformation.
