The influence and treatment of abnormal high pressure steam on the shell side of CO2 stripping tower
This article introduces the types of faults in the shell side steam system of CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.'s CO2 stripping tower,and elaborates on the impact of different types of faults on the operation of the stripping tower,as well as on the steam system,high-pressure system,low-pressure circulation system,etc.When high-pressure steam fails,adopting the correct adjustment method fundamentally avoids or to a certain extent reduces the adverse effects caused by the shell side steam system faults of the stripping tower,thereby ensuring the stable operation of the urea plant.
