The cooling heat exchanger for the outlet of the CO conversion stripping tower,which exchanges heat with desalinated water for cooling,The heat exchanger often leaks and other problems during operation.This article analyzes the corrosion mechanism of various components in the exhaust gas of the stripping tower on the material of heat transfer tubes,and proposes corresponding treatment measure based on their characteristics.
