The purpose of this study is to analyse the causes for the frequent opening of the anti-surge valve of the carbon dioxide compressor and to propose effective treatment measures to ensure stable operation of the system.Through detailed inspection and data analysis of the compressor operating parameters,process flow and control system,it is pointed out that water in the steam injection line is the main cause for the opening of the anti-surge valve.Series of targeted measures were proposed,including adjusting the opening of the steam injection valve,optimizing the condensate recovery system and unblocking the water trap.After the implementation of these measures,the problem of abnormal opening of the anti-surge valve was effectively solved and the operational stability of the CO2 compressor was improved.
