Abstract
In Vocational College,there are many factors that affect teaching effect,but the psychological factor is the important one.To make students to learn English well,we must first solve students' problems of psychology.The paper tries to stimulate students' interest and improve students' enthusiasm in learning English by adjusting teaching content and applying the flexible teaching methods.
