Bidenomics and the Strategic Framework of China-US Economic Competition

拜登经济学已经具备较为完整的理论支撑、理念构想和行动方式,其影响不仅局限于美国国内,更是塑造了国际经济秩序,并将重塑中美经济竞争关系.拜登经济学的核心构想,即三大支柱—重建美国、重塑盟伴、重构制度均指向中国,着眼于中美未来经济竞争.实力是美国操纵盟伴的基础,盟伴是美国践行制度的支撑,而制度则是美国确立秩序的工具.这三方面预示着中美将在经济实力、经济魅力与经济潜力三个维度展开更为激烈的竞争.
Abstract
Bidenomics has gradually taken shape and now has a relatively complete theoretical foundation and actions.Its influence is not limited to the US,but also shapes the international economic order and will reshape the economic competition between China and the US.Its goals are accelerating economic recovery and winning economic competition.Its core idea can be summarized into three aspects:it stimulates investment by industrial policies;uses industrial diplomacy to win over allies and partners;and reconstructs the international order by remodeling international institutions.National strength is the foundation for the US to manipulate its allies and partners,these countries are the support for its international institutions,and the institutional system is the tool for establishing world order.These three aspects indicate that China and the US will compete more fiercely in the terms of economic strength,charm and potential.
