As China has more practices in ocean governance,China has embraced its own concept concerning ocean governance.It is a discourse collection composed of some concepts such as a Maritime Community with a Shared Future,21st Century Maritime Silk Road,Blue Partnership and marine ecological civilization.It embodies four values of lasting peace,common prosperity,openness and inclusiveness,and cleanliness and beauty.China's concept on ocean governance will be implemented in an environment where opportunities and challenges coexist.China should make a clear declaration to the international community as soon as possible,promote maritime multilateral cooperation,and deeply participate in the international maritime legislation process.
