The Dilemma and Solution of Global Artificial Intelligence Governance
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,artificial intelligence governance has become an important field of global governance.The current global artificial intelligence governance mechanism is established,but the governance laws and regulations are not perfect,regulatory agencies are not sound,and multilateral mechanisms have not yet formed a unified governance framework.The reason for this problem is that there are significant policy differences among major countries,the United States and Western countries engage in camp-based confrontation in governance practices,and the lack of coordination among industry organizations.The challenges faced by global artificial intelligence governance include domestic political constraints on the governance policies of major countries,conflicts between major countries hindering cooperation,and conflicts between commercial interests and regulation.In order to deepen global cooperation in artificial intelligence governance,the international community should uphold the concept of multilateralism,follow technological-social standards,but should not simply replicate existing mechanisms.
