Alarm optimization of chemical processes based on data filtering function
In order to minimize the interference of repeating alarm to the operator,the optimization of the alarm limit design based on the dead area and data filtering function is introduced.The analysis is also conducted in combination with the practical examples.The result shows that the combination of dead area and data filtering effectively prevents the occurrence of the repeating alarm.
