马来酸催化竹屑水解高收率制备戊糖的工艺研究

采用单因素实验和正交实验对马来酸催化竹黄废屑半纤维素水解条件进行了优化研究.实验结果表明,在竹屑半纤维素水解过程中,液固比的影响最显著.随着马来酸浓度增大,戊糖收率呈升高趋势.在马来酸浓度为0.3 mol/L下,最优实验条件为:水解温度为140℃,水解时间为8h,液固比为50:1,在此条件下的戊糖收率为98.15%,失重率为22.17%.
Preparation of pentose with high yield from bamboo sweeps catalyzed by maleic acid
The hydrolysis conditions of bamboo sweeps hemicelluloses catalyzed by maleic acid are optimized using single factors and orthogonal experiments.The results show that the liquid-solid ratio has the most significant effect on the hydrolysis process of bamboo sweeps hemicellulose.With the increase of maleic acid concentration,the pentose yield can be increased up to 99.88 %.Under 0.3 mol/L of maleic acid concentration,the optimum hydrolysis conditions are as follows:140℃ of hydrolysis temperature,8 hours of the hydrolysis time and 50 of liquid-solid ratio.Under the optimal condition,the pentose yield is 98.15 % and weight lose rate is 22.17 %.
