双碳目标下煤氢协同发展路径分析

通过分析煤炭产业与氢能产业协同发展的现实意义与发展现状,厘清二者的协同发展关系,探讨协同发展路径:以煤促氢,即通过示范与推广煤炭制氢结合CCS实现煤炭制氢的低碳发展;以氢促煤,即促进绿氢生产与煤化工的结合,以降低化工产品生产过程中的碳排放,提高产品的环保性能;探讨煤炭气化联合循环制氢技术、煤浆电解制氢技术、煤炭超临界水气化制氢技术以及地下煤炭气化制氢技术等其他有潜力的煤氢协同发展路径.最后提出了促进煤氢产业发展政策建议,以助力实现双碳目标.
Through analyzing the practical significance and development status of the collaborative development between the coal industry and the hydrogen energy industry,the collaborative development relationship between them is clarified,and the collaborative development path is proposed as follows.(1)Promoting hydrogen energy industry development by coal,that is,demonstrating and promoting coal hydrogen production combining with CCS to achieve low-carbon development of coal hydrogen production;(2)Promoting coal industry development with hydrogen,that is,promoting the combination of green hydrogen production and coal chemical industry,so as to reduce carbon dioxide emissions in the production process of chemical products and improve the environmental friendly performance of products;(3)Other potential collaborative development paths of coal and hydrogen are discussed,including coal gasification combining with cycle hydrogen production technology,coal slurry electrolysis to hydrogen technology,coal supercritical water gasification to hydrogen technology,and underground coal gasification to hydrogen technology.Finally,some countermeasures are proposed to promote the collaborative development of China's coal and hydrogen energy industries,so as to help achieve the"carbon dioxide emission peaking and carbon neutrality"goal.
