摘要

分析了浆态床渣油加氢裂化石脑油馏分(以下简称浆态床石脑油)的主要性质,并开展了浆态床石脑油加氢生产重整原料的工艺试验研究.结果表明,浆态床石脑油可以在反应压力 3.5~5.0 MPa、反应温度320~325℃、氢油体积比 150、体积空速 1.5~2.0 h-1的工艺条件下,或在现有重整预加氢装置掺炼比不大于 15%的情况下生产合格的重整装置进料,可以作为催化重整装置原料的补充来源之一.

Abstract

Main properties of naphtha distillate from residue hydrocracking slurry bed(hereinafter referred to as slurry bed naphtha)are analyzed,and the experimental study is carried out on the process of producing reforming feedstock from slurry bed naphtha.The results show that the qualified feedstock for reforming unit can be produced from slurry bed naphtha under the conditions that reaction pressure is 3.5-5.0 MPa,reaction temperature is 320-325℃,the volume ratio of hydrogen to oil is 150,and volume space velocity is 1.5-2.0 h-1,or under the situation that the mixing ratio of existing reforming pre-hydrogenation unit is less than 15%.It can be used as one of the supplementary sources of raw materials for catalytic reforming unit.
