摘要
美国UOP公司新研制的ORP除烯烃装置首次在中国石油广东石化公司 260 万t/a芳烃联合装置进行了工业应用.该装置用于脱除重整上游重整生成油中的烯烃,在 45~110℃工作温度、2.1 MPa操作压力、5.0 质量空速条件下,可满足下游吸附分离单元对进料中溴指数低于20×10-6的进料要求.通过与传统的酸性白土吸附工艺的对比,分析其工艺、操作、参数和配备设施等情况,研究表明,该ORP除烯烃装置具有低生产成本、催化剂可在线再生、大幅降低固废产生、可根据不同生产状况及时进行调整等优点.
Abstract
The ORP olefins removal unit newly developed by UOP Company has been industrially applied for the first time in the 2.6 million t/a aromatics complex of Guangdong Petrochemical Company of PetroChina.This unit is used to remove olefins from the reforming oil.Under 45-110℃,2.1 MPa,and a mass space velocity of 5.0,this unit can meet the feed requirements of downstream adsorption and separation units for a bromine index lower than 20 ppm in the feed.Through comparing with the traditional acidic clay adsorption process,the process,operation,parameters,and equipment of the ORP unit are analyzed.Study shows that the ORP olefin removal unit has advantages such as low production cost,online catalyst regeneration,significant reduction of solid waste,and timely adjustment according to different production conditions.
