摘要
提出了一种全气化顶空气相色谱法测定香精油中甲醇含量的方法,并考察了时间、温度、样品量对测定结果的影响.结果表明,在 105℃和2 min条件下,<80 μL的样品接近全气化.该方法具有良好的精密度(RSD<3.89%)和准确度(加标回收率在 97.8%~101%之间).与传统方法相比,本方法操作简单,可批量检测液体香精香料中残留的甲醇.
Abstract
A rapid method is proposed for determining methanol content in flavor fragrance oil by a total vaporization headspace gas chromatography.The influences of time,temperature and sample amount on the determination results are evaluated.Results show that the samples with a size less than 80 μL have near-completely been vaporized at 105℃in 2 min.The present method shows a good precision(RSD<3.89%),and a good accuracy(the recovery ranges from 95.8%to 103%).The method is simple,rapid and sensitive,and suitable for the determination of methanol in flavor fragrance oil.
