A SmMnOx catalyst is prepared by using a novel coprecipitation coupled solvothermal method,and can deliver a NOx conversion more than 94%at 75℃ in the presence of 100 μL·L-1 SO2.The effects of different O2,NO,and NH3 volume fractions as well as space velocity on catalytic activity are investigated in the range of 75℃ to 275℃.The results indicate that the catalyst exhibits a 100%of NOx conversion at 75℃.It is shown by XRD,SEM and TG-DTG characterization that the reed flower-like structure of SmMnOx catalyst provides abundant active sites and accelerates electron transfer of Sm2+and Mn4+,which inhibits the adsorption oxidation of SO2.Only trace amount of ammonium sulfate deposits on the flower tip,showing excellent ultra-low temperature sulfur resistance.
