摘要
传统的ZrF4生产工艺在气态HF氛围下进行,对高温反应设备要求高,产品纯度低,能耗高.研究设计了一种基于液态HF的ZrF4生产工艺,并根据工业中的实际生产条件设计了气态HF法的工艺流程;通过Aspen Plus软件模拟,计算了上述两种工艺流程的总能耗.结果表明,每生产1 t ZrF4产品,液态HF法的能耗总值为3 097.813 kg标准油,气态HF法为6 803.966 kg标准油.由此可见,液态HF法的工艺流程每年可节省54.47%的操作费用,具有更高的经济效益,对工业生产ZrF4的低能耗转型具有重要意义.
Abstract
A new ZrF4 production process based on liquid HF is developed and designed to address issues such as high equipment requirements,low product purity,and high energy consumption associated with traditional ZrF4 production processes conducted in a gaseous HF atmosphere.A gaseous HF process flow is also designed according to actual production conditions in industry.The total energy consumption of the new process and traditional one is calculated by using Aspen Plus software.It is shown that the liquid HF process consumes 3 097.813 kg of standard oil for producing every 1 ton of ZrF4,while the gaseous HF process consumes 6 803.966 kg of standard oil.It is found that the liquid HF process can save 54.47%of operating costs annually compared to the gaseous HF process,making it more economically beneficial and significant for the low energy consumption transformation of industrial ZrF4 production.
