沿海炼化企业跨界耦合低碳转型发展方案探讨

双碳背景下,沿海炼化企业利用临海的区位优势,与企业周边海水淡化、核电、海水制盐、LNG商储项目等跨界耦合,可实现企业自身和区域内相关项目整体用能优化.在企业转型发展产业链规划时,一方面应结合区域盐资源配套建设氯碱规划含氯化工品产业链;另一方面从新能源深度利用角度,在直接利用绿电和常规绿电电解水制氢基础上,可通过规划绿电电解海水制绿氢和绿氧、绿氢制备绿氨和绿色甲醇等绿色化工产品项目,企业还可以充分利用绿色化工品进一步延伸其下游产业链,实现更加多元化和差异化低碳转型发展方案.
In the context of"carbon dioxide emission peaking and carbon neutrality",China's refining and chemical enterprises in coastal regions can utilize their location advantages to achieve overall energy optimization of the enterprise itself and related projects within the region by trans-industries coupling with nearby coastal production or utility facilities,including seawater desalination facility,nuclear power station,salt production facility from seawater,and commercial LNG storage projects.As the coastal refinery and chemical enterprises formulate transformation and development plans,on the one hand,they should combine regional salt resources to construct chlor alkali project and downstream chlorine-containing chemicals chain;On the other hand,the enterprises could also further extend the downstream industrial chain of green chemical products,and achieve a more diversified and differentiated low-carbon transformation development plan from the perspective of intensive utilization of new energy,i.e.,green electricity is directly utilized,hydrogen is produced from electrolysis of water by green electricity,green hydrogen and green oxygen are produced from electrolysis of seawater by green electricity,and green hydrogen is used to produce green ammonia,green methanol and other green chemical products.
