全球航空业年均排放约 10 亿t CO2 当量,约占全球总排放的2.8%.在"双碳"背景下,构建航空业脱碳体系、大力发展可再生能源在民航业的应用,已成为全球航空业重要的战略方向.简要论述了民用航空业的脱碳政策、现状、关键技术、存在问题及发展策略,发现航空业的可持续发展受制于其能源结构,面临严峻挑战,而可持续航空煤油是其中最有效、最可普及、最符合发展需求的减排方式.对可持续航空煤油的技术路径及其关键工艺进行详细论述,为民航业通过可持续航空煤油实现脱碳发展提供方向引导.
As one of the pivotal components of the economy and people's livelihood,the international aviation industry has created 65.5 million jobs and $2.7 trillion in global economic activity while emitting an average of about 1 billion tons of CO2 equivalent per year,accounting for about 2.8%of total global emission.In the macro context of the Paris Agreement's global reduction of greenhouse gas emissions,both the International Air Association(IATA)and the International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO)have set 2050 as the benchmark point for net-zero carbon emissions(NZE)among their members,and actively introduce various emission reduction measures and constraints.This paper reviews the relevant policies,regulations,and various technical paths to help the aviation industry decarbonize,aiming to find effective means for the decarbonization of the aviation industry.
