β沸石的合成、改性及催化油酸异构化研究

Synthesis and modification of beta zeolite for catalyzing oleic acid isomerization

以四乙基氢氧化铵为有机模板剂,加入晶种并采用模板剂-晶种法在水热条件下合成β沸石.研究了晶化时间、晶化温度、模板剂用量、晶种质量分数等条件对β沸石合成的影响,最终确定了以硅溶胶为硅源合成β沸石的最佳制备条件,并通过对其改性制备了催化油酸异构化的H-β沸石.结果表明,在晶化温度为 150℃、晶化时间为 48 h、n(H2O)/n(SiO2)= 18、n(TEAOH)/n(SiO2)= 0.3、晶种质量分数为 10%的条件下成功合成高结晶度β沸石.以油酸为原料、H-β沸石为催化剂催化油酸异构化反应,在反应温度为 280℃、反应时间为6h、助剂水添加质量分数为3%、催化剂质量分数为8%的条件下,油酸的转化率高达 81%,异硬脂酸产率接近 75%.
Beta zeolite is synthesized under hydrothermal conditions through template-seed method using tetraethylammonium hydroxide as template agent and adding seed crystal.The effects of crystallization time,crystallization temperature,the dosage of template agent and the amount of seed crystal on the synthesis of beta zeolite are studied.The optimal preparation conditions for beta zeolite from silica sol are finally determined,and H-β zeolite is prepared for catalyzing oleic acid to isomerize.Experimental results show that beta zeolite with high crystallinity is successfully synthesized under the conditions that crystallization temperature is 150℃,crystallization time is 48 h,n(H2O)/n(SiO2)= 18,n(TEAOH)/n(SiO2)= 0.3,and the amount of seed crystal is 10%(wt/wt).The conversion of oleic acid reaches 81%and the yield of iso-stearic acid approaches 75%when the isomerization of oleic acid is catalyzed by H-β zeolite,reaction temperature is 280℃,reaction has performed for 6 h,the content of water is 3%(wt/wt)and the dosage of catalyst is 8%(wt/wt).
