摘要
将UiO-66-NH2晶体加入SiO2-ZrO2溶胶中,通过溶胶-凝胶法在陶瓷载体上制备出UiO-66-NH2/SiO2-ZrO2膜,利用UiO-66-NH2的多孔结构和亲水基团改进SiO2-ZrO2膜的纳滤性能.考察了不同UiO-66-NH2加入量对杂化膜纳滤双氯芬酸钠(DCF)水溶液的影响,并对杂化膜进行表征,以聚乙烯醇截留分子质量评价膜孔径.结果表明,在DCF的纳滤测试中,随着UiO-66-NH2质量分数的增大,UiO-66-NH2/SiO2-ZrO2膜水通量先增大后降低,但均高于未添加的SiO2-ZrO2膜,对DCF的截留率均保持在98.7%以上;最佳UiO-66-NH2/SiO2-ZrO2掺杂为0.3时,杂化膜通量提高至4.8L/(h·m2),通量增加了 84%.随着操作压力和料液温度的提高,膜通量增大,截留率变化较小.在70℃、0.6 MPa下,杂化膜通量达到14.25 L/(h·m2),对DCF水溶液的截留率为98.1%.
Abstract
UiO-66-NH2/SiO2-ZrO2 hybrid membranes are prepared on ceramic support via a sol gel method by adding UiO-66-NH2 crystal into SiO2-ZrO2 sol.The nanofiltration performance of SiO2-ZrO2 membranes are improved by utilizing porous structure and hydrophilicity of UiO-66-NH2.The influences of UiO-66-NH2 dosage on nanofiltration of the hybrid membrane for diclofenac sodium(DCF)aqueous solution are investigated,and the membranes are characterized.The pore size of the membranes is evaluated with molecular weight cut-off of polyvinyl alcohol.It is found from DCF nanofiltration test that the water flux of the hybrid membrane increases firstly and decreases then as the content of UiO-66-NH2 increases in the membranes.But the water flux of the hybrid membrane always remains higher than that of SiO2-ZrO2 membrane.The retention rates of DCF by the hybrid membrane are always above 98.7%.UiO-66-NH2/SiO2-ZrO2 membrane with the optimal UiO-66-NH2 doping ratio of 0.3 shows a flux of 4.8 L/(h·m2),increasing by 84%.With increasing operation pressure and liquid temperature,membrane flux increases and the retention rate decreases.Under 70℃ and 0.6 MPa conditions,the hybrid membrane shows a flux of 14.25 L/(h·m2)and a retention rate of 98.1%to aqueous solution.
