摘要
综述了聚丁烯-1 晶型Ⅱ到晶型Ⅰ的转变机理,包括固-固转变理论、内应力-系带链分子理论和转变中间相(mesophase)理论;总结了分子质量、共聚单体、溶剂、共混物、成核剂和加工工艺等条件因素对结晶和晶型转变的主要影响.未来仍需深入研究共聚单体对晶型转变的影响机制,加强高分子类聚丁烯-1 成核剂的开发.
Abstract
The transition mechanism of polybutene-1 crystal form Ⅱ to crystal form Ⅰ is reviewed,including the solid-solid transition theory,the internal stress-tie chain molecular theory,and the transition mesophase theory.The main effects of molecular weight,comonomers,solvent,blendings,nucleating agents and processing technology on crystallization and crystal form transformation are summarized.It is still necessary to study the influence mechanism of comonomers on the transformation of crystal form,and strengthen the development of nucleating agents for polybutene-1 polymerization.
