摘要

简单介绍了细胞表面显示技术的设计原理,归纳了细胞表面显示技术在纤维素乙醇生产中的技术优势和应用价值,重点讨论了细胞表面显示技术在纤维素乙醇制备中存在的技术障碍.最后,总结了细胞表面显示技术在纤维素乙醇生产中的实用意义,提出了面临的问题并展望了其应用前景.

Abstract

The design principle of cell surface displaying technology is briefly introduced.Technical advantages and application value of cell surface displaying technology in the production of cellulose ethanol are summarized.Technical obstacles existed in the application of cell surface displaying technology in the preparation of cellulose ethanol are emphasized.Finally,the practical significance of cell surface displaying technology in the production of cellulose ethanol is summarized,the problems faced are pointed out,and the application prospects are given.
