摘要

合成了一种介孔二氧化硅负载磷钼酸(HPMo/SiO2)并掺杂金属镍的固体催化剂,利用XRD、FT-IR和BET对其进行表征.在对模拟汽油的催化氧化脱硫过程中,考察了催化剂质量、反应时间、反应温度以及Ni负载量、萃取时间、氧硫摩尔比等因素对脱硫性能的影响.结果表明,当金属负载量为30%、反应时间为70 min、反应温度为60℃、催化剂质量为0.2 g、氧硫摩尔比为1:10、萃取时间为10 min时,脱硫率可达到90%以上.该催化剂具有良好的循环使用能力,回收利用4次后,脱硫率仍能达到85%以上.

Abstract

A nickel metal doped mesoporous silica-loaded phosphomolybdate acid(HPMo/SiO2)solid catalyst is synthesized,and characterized by means of XRD,FT-IR and BET.The influences of catalyst dosage,reaction time,reaction temperature,Ni loading amount,extraction time,oxygen-sulfur ratio and other factors on the desulfurization performance of the catalyst are evaluated in the catalytic oxidative desulfurization process of simulated gasoline.Experimental results show that the desulfurization rate can exceed 90%when the loading amount of Ni is 30%,the reaction time is 70 min,the reaction temperature is 60℃,the catalyst dosage is 0.2 g,and the oxygen-sulfur ratio is 1∶10,and the extraction time is controlled for 10 min.The catalyst has good recycling ability,over which the desulfurization rate can still exceed 85%after four times of recycling,indicating a good industrial uses prospect.
