Nickel-iron bimetallic nitrides(Ni3FeN)nanoparticles are synthesized via chemical vapor deposition method in ammonia atmosphere.The prepared Ni3FeN shows good catalytic activity in oxygen evolution reaction(OER)in an alkaline medium.At a current density of 10 mA·cm-2,the overpotential of Ni3FeN in OER is 287 mV,Tafel slope is 60 mV·dec-1,and Ni3FeN attenuates 2.4%only in 8 h of stability test.Electrochemical performance test results indicate that Ni3FeN exhibits good activity and stability,and shows higher intrinsic activity than mono-metallic nitrides.
