粉煤气化耦合绿氢制甲醇过程经济性和减碳研究

Research on process economic and carbon reduction effect of pulverized coal gasification coupling with green hydrogen to produce methanol

This article compares the coal coupling with green hydrogen to methanol process with the coal to methanol process in the aspects of economic benefit and CO2 emission reduction.Green oxygen and green hydrogen generated by photovoltaic power driven water electrolysis are respectively used in coal gasification and to replace"gray"hydrogen produced by the process transformation.The unit cost of methanol made from the coal to methanol process is about RMB 1527.1 per ton when coal price is RMB 500 per ton and industrial electricity price is RMB 0.86 per kWh.The unit cost of methanol made from the coal coupling with green hydrogen to methanol process is RMB 1669.7 per ton if the cost of green electricity used is 0.2 RMB per kWh.If all coal to methanol in the globe is replaced by coal coupling with green hydrogen to methanol,CO2 emission will be reduced by 98.5%.Deep coupling between large-scale green hydrogen and green electricity with coal chemical industry can achieve direct CO2 emission reduction and help achieve the"carbon emission peaking and carbon neutrality"goal.
