电厂脱硫废水回用及零排放技术研究进展

摘要
目前脱硫废水处理回用及零排放技术主要围绕预处理、浓缩减量和固化结晶开展研究,针对现有的一些技术方法进行了综述,为电厂实现脱硫废水的深度处理和零排回用提供一定参考和思路.从目前研究现状来看,一些新兴技术发展应用还不够成熟,但多种膜处理技术已经在预处理和浓缩方面有了出色表现.因此,在实际工程应用当中,电厂应从自身实际运行情况出发,综合考虑建设维护成本、可持续稳定运行和避免二次污染等方面来选择绿色经济可行的技术方案.
Abstract
At present,the technologies for treatment,reuse and zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater mainly focus on pretreatment,concentration reduction and solidification crystallization.Some existing technical methods are reviewed to provide certain references and ideas for power plants to achieve advanced treatment,zero discharge and reuse of desulfurization wastewater.As for research status,the development and application of some emerging technologies are not mature enough,a variety of membrane treatment technologies have shown excellent performance in pretreatment and concentration.Therefore,in actual engineering application,power plants are suggested to consider their own actual operation situation to choose a green,economy,feasible technical solution through comprehensively evaluating the construction and maintenance costs,sustainable and stable operation,and avoiding secondary pollution.
